Analytics (used only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, to measure how this website is used. GA4 stores a random identifier in cookies (_ga / _ga_<measurement ID>, valid for up to 2 years) and sends the URL of the page viewed, the referrer, device information and an anonymized IP address to Google. We do not send names, email addresses or similar identifiers to GA4. Event data retention in GA4 is set to 14 months.
The GA4 script is not loaded — and nothing is sent to Google — unless you choose "Accept all" in the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. After withdrawal, further measurement is disabled and the _ga cookies on our domain are deleted.

8. Transmission to External Services
This website uses the following external services. A full list of the information sent, its purposes, retention and how to stop it is available at External Transmission Disclosure.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — analytics. Sends cookie identifiers, pages viewed, anonymized IP and device information. Only with your consent.
- Standard Programmer Inc. (Web3Forms) — relays contact and job application forms to our email. Sends what you enter in the form plus the sending IP address. Only when you submit a form.
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and delivery. Access logs record IP address, URL and User-Agent. Essential to serving the site.
9. Retention
- Information received via contact or job application forms: kept for 3 years after the matter is closed, then deleted. Job application data is kept for 1 year after the selection process ends.
- Analytics data: 14 months, on the Google Analytics side.
- Cookies:

10. Changes to This Policy
The Company may change this policy without prior notice due to changes in laws or business activities. The revised policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on the Company's website.
