Under Article 27-12 of the Telecommunications Business Act of Japan (the "external transmission" rules), we disclose the information sent from your device to third parties when you browse this site.
Transmissions classified as necessary — serving the site itself and submitting a form — are essential to your action or to providing the service. Analytics (E-01) runs only if you have given consent.
Web fonts, scripts and images are all served from our own domain, so nothing is sent to an external CDN.
The following items are stored on your device but are never sent to a third party:

- Information sent
- IP address (IP anonymization enabled on our side), URL and title of the page viewed, referrer, device information such as browser, OS and screen size, approximate region, and a random identifier stored in cookies (_ga / _ga_<measurement ID>)
- Purpose
- Measuring and analyzing how the site is used, and improving its content
- Retention
- Cookies last up to 2 years. Event data retention in Google Analytics is set to 14 months.
- How to stop it
- Choose "Necessary only" in the banner, or change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. Nothing is sent unless you consent. You can also use the opt-out add-on provided by Google, or your browser cookie settings.

- Information sent
- Name, email address, company, phone number, message and any attached file you enter in the form, plus the sending IP address
- Purpose
- Forwarding inquiries and job applications to our staff email address
- Retention
- We keep the received email for 3 years after the inquiry is closed, then delete it. Retention on the Web3Forms side follows their own policy.
- How to stop it
- Simply do not submit the form. You may email us directly at the address shown instead.

- Access log information such as IP address, requested URL, User-Agent and referrer
- Purpose
- Delivering the website and responding to abuse or outages
- Retention
- Follows Vercel access log retention.
- How to stop it
- This is essential to serving the site, so it cannot be stopped other than by not browsing the site.
